I started using red light therapy over three years now. I’ve been very consistent, I might miss two or three days a month. The benefits are amazing! Better hair, better skin, better sleep.

One thing I noticed after the first couple months was much faster muscle recovery, the soreness of a normal workout is virtually nonexistent for me. My desire is to live to be over 120, I’m halfway there.

I first learned about the benefits of red light therapy about four years ago, but I never fully committed to using it. I finally got my act together and started red lighting about three weeks ago at Quantum Red. I’ve never had a problem going to sleep. However I stopped remembering my dreams in 2013 after my brother passed away. I’ve been using Red + Near Infrared at Quantum Red 3-5 days a week for the last 6 weeks.
